Our Mission

All across the nation there are targeted areas, both urban and rural, that are primed for economic growth. One of the more promising approaches for making positive change in these localities is through the recently passed Opportunity Zone Program. (Also referred to as the OZ or O Zone program). The goal of the OZ program is to unlock private capital for the purpose of investing in real estate projects, infrastructure, and business to encourage economic and social improvement in these underserved zones.

With exchange investors and project sponsors, our team identifies OZ funds and sources investment worthy projects in targeted communities. The benefit of this program is two-pronged: improving the vitality of qualifying neighborhoods while simultaneously delivering above market returns and tax advantages to investors.

Ultimately, our goal is to ensure the success of the Opportunity Zone Program and its participants through a partnership network of OZ investors, project sponsors, owners and professional service providers.
