Developers and those with projects within Opportunity Zones, sponsors, are critical players on the OZ team. In partnering with sponsors across the nation, OZA provides value in the form of project equity, deal structure and development experience.

Beyond vetting deals for investors, we vet the investors themselves in order to match qualified OZ investors with the most complementary projects. Thus, allowing us to better gauge and achieve targeted returns and investment criteria for both project sponsor and project investor.
